This ticket is a revocable license subject to termination with denial of admission at management’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price. License is subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal of the facility, without compensation, should the holder violate management’s rules or regulations. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the game, concert, activity or event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the same, including without limitation, injury from flying pucks, balls or other objects, acts of others, etc. and holder agrees that the facility, promoter, organization, agent, artist, participants, players, team or League, the ticketing agent and/or related persons are not responsible or liable for any injury, expense, or claim of liability resulting from or related to such causes. Holder grants permission to the facility and organization sponsoring event or his/her designee to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or other reproduction of this event.

The following is a partial list of prohibited items within the venue: No smoking, over-sized bags, back-packs, guns, chains, knives, weapons, contraband of any type, illegal drugs, bottles, cans, broadcast audio or video equipment, flash cameras, food and beverage unless purchased onsite, alcohol unless purchased on-site, fireworks, laser pointers, horns, poles, banners, oversized umbrellas, animals (unless assisting the disabled), balls or Frisbees. Holder is subject to a consent inspection upon entry into the facility. Patrons refusing inspection may be denied entry. Storage of items is not available on-site. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any patron who fails to comply with these rules or is disruptive to the event or the enjoyment, comfort, or safety of other patrons.
